Our romantic escape was great. The location was superb, right next to the ski lifts. The hotel offered top-notch service and the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We were pleasantly surprised by the high-quality amenities in the room, which included a luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed.

There were a few things that could have been better. The poor parking space made it difficult to park, and the room lacked essential items such as lamps next to the bed and bedside tables.

The hotel's location was the only redeeming aspect, with its close proximity to the ski lifts. the poor room quality and lack of basic amenities such as bedside tables, lamps and electrical sockets near the bed made for an uncomfortable stay. the parking was limited and difficult to navigate. the management was completely unsupportive and unresponsive to our requests, leaving us feeling unsatisfied with the 1400 EUR spent.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was definitely the best aspect, as it was just next to the ski lifts. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which added to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious, providing us with energy for the entire day ahead.

The ski lifts were conveniently located just a stone's throw away from our hotel. We found it really easy to get to the slopes from here. Another thing we appreciated was the stunning view from our room; the mountains were really beautiful, especially during sunset. the staff were also friendly and welcoming when we arrived.

Our room left a lot to be desired. There were hardly any sockets near the bed, which made it difficult for us to charge our phones at night.
